Arielle supports adults experiencing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and emotional expression. She also assists individuals adjusting to life transitions, coping with relationship difficulties, burn out and sleep difficulties. Having worked across a range of settings abroad and in Australia, Arielle has cross-cultural experience and prides herself on demonstrating cultural and personal sensitivity and respect. 

Employing a warm, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic style, Arielle has a passion for fostering hope and creating a safe and non-judgmental space to explore, nurture, heal and thrive. Taking a holistic and person-centred approach to her work, she strongly values developing a nuanced understanding of her clients’ experiences.

 

Tailoring evidence-based treatment models to achieve individual goals, Arielle aims to enhance wellbeing, and support clients in leading a life that is truly meaningful to them. As each person has their unique set of strengths and challenges, Arielle sees the value in not only uncovering patterns that may hinder individuals from living a fulfilled life, but also identifying and building on her client’s unique abilities.

 
In her work Arielle is passionate about integrating evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
