Meet our psychologists
Justin believes strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship to bring about real change in people’s lives. Justin will approach your issues with the values of warmth, respect, and empathy. A collaborative therapy style that fits with you is paramount, and evidence-based interventions can be provided in a more or less structured way depending on what you feel works best. Justin’s practice is client centred, trauma-informed, and strengths based. He is sex positive and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
Justin draws on several evidence-based therapies including schema therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and CBT for insomnia.
He has worked successfully with clients across the lifespan on issues such as relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, educational achievement, work performance, family issues, eating habits, sleep problems, ADHD, and health conditions.
