Nathalie provides therapy to adults to assist with various mental health experiences, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to life circumstances, and grief. She also works with clients who experience difficulties with emotion regulation, trauma, and chronic pain.

Nathalie has experience working in non-government, public and private mental health settings. She has a compassionate understanding about the impact of stress on mental health, relationships and life direction.

Nathalie values a collaborative style of therapy, and aims to gain a deep understanding of the key concerns held by each client. She has a flexible approach and uses an array of strategies to plan therapy that will achieve positive and sustainable changes for each client.

Nathalie has an interest in working with adults with an eating disorder, problematic eating behaviours and body image concerns. She aims to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food, their mind and bodies, through the use of Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) and standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Nathalie uses elements of cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (including mindfulness), motivational interviewing and interpersonal therapy in her work. She is committed to helping people enrich their lives and reach their full potential by improving psychological health and wellbeing.
