I am a warm, curious and compassionate Clinical Psychologist, who aims to foster a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space for everyone I work with. I take a nonjudgemental and thoughtful approach, and seek to support individuals develop a deeper understanding for the difficulties they are facing and create opportunities for meaningful change to occur.
I have a background working across child and adult public mental health services, where I have gained specific experience and interest in working with individuals throughout the antenatal and postnatal period.
I also work with adults seeking support in relation to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties and parenting.
In my work, I draw upon relational and trauma-informed approaches to provide helpful, flexible and collaborative therapy that meets each individual’s needs. I draw upon a range of evidence based interventions, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, compassion focused therapy and cognitive analytic therapy.
