I work with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with anxiety-related concerns, including persistent worry, panic, phobias, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and social anxiety. I also have experience working with mood disorders, trauma, relationship and family issues, and drug and alcohol use.

In addition to individual therapy, I provide couples therapy and have completed training in the Gottman Method. I enjoy helping couples strengthen their communication, manage conflict more effectively, and build stronger, more connected relationships.

Creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapy space is at the heart of my work.

I work closely with each client to identify meaningful therapeutic goals and tailor our work together to meet their needs. I am neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcome those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in my work, and am passionate about ongoing learning and professional development. Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Daisy consults from our Fitzroy North and Alphington clinics.

Daisy has a particular interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, including persistent worrying, panic, phobias, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and social anxiety.
