I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, perfectionism, grief and loss, alongside sleep problems. I also assist individuals coping with relationship and intimacy difficulties, emotional expression, and stress related to work and life stage transitions. This in addition to providing supporting during the pre- and post-natal period. Having worked in diverse settings both abroad and in Australia, I bring cross-cultural experience and pride myself on demonstrating cultural and personal sensitivity and respect.
My approach is flexible, warm, and collaborative. I am passionate about fostering hope and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore, nurture, heal, and thrive. Taking a holistic approach to treatment, I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences and circumstances.
I not only value uncovering patterns that may be holding someone back from living the life that is truly meaningful to them, but I also focus on identifying and building on their unique strengths and abilities. By understanding this uniqueness, I develop a personalised treatment plan to help each client reach their goals in manageable steps.
In my work, I am passionate about evidence-based treatments. I integrate therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
